The APPG for Fair Elections met on 16 July. There was discussion of the recent publication of the English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill and the imminent publication of the Government’s Strategy for Elections. There was a presentation and discussion about the Draft Terms of Reference of a National Commission on Electoral Reform.
